My story

Coach Anfel — before coaching, there was a woman searching for herself

Anfal Bouaoun, women's fitness and nutrition coach from Constantine. My story isn't a marketing claim — it's the starting point that shaped how I coach every woman I work with today.

01

The personal transformation

As a teenager I loved food and moved too little. By my early twenties my weight had climbed to around 75kg — a number that didn't fit my height, or the life I wanted.

The motivation wasn't perfection, just a simple feeling: I want to feel at home in my own body.

It took about a year and a half to reach the weight I was aiming for, and five years total of consistent training to build the strong, balanced body I have today.

02

The wedding moment

I remember exactly what it felt like standing in a corner at a wedding, wishing I looked different, feeling behind next to girls my age who seemed effortlessly slim.

That moment wasn't a dramatic breaking point — it was a quiet reminder that I wanted something different for myself.

03

How I learned

Nobody handed me that result. I read, researched, kept up continuously with what's new in fitness and nutrition science, and trained under real, experienced coaches.

I don't hold a single formal academic certification in this field, but I built my knowledge through continuous, deliberate learning over years, alongside real, practical experience coaching women.

04

Why I refuse copy-paste plans

I lived the harsh version that didn't last, and the sustainable version that did. That difference guides every plan I build today.

I don't see the woman in front of me as a number to correct, but as someone with her own story, her own time, and her own reasons for being stuck — because I was her.

My coaching philosophy

01

Growth instead of comparison

I never compare you to any other woman. I only compare you to the woman you were yesterday.

02

Real nutrition instead of deprivation

Algerian food and family meals are part of the plan, not its enemy.

03

Sustainable training instead of punishment

Exercises that fit your body and your time, not exercises that exhaust you.

04

Personalisation instead of templates

Every plan starts from zero, built around the woman in front of me.

05

Listening instead of assumptions

I ask, I listen, then I build.

06

Presence instead of disappearing

Follow-up doesn't stop after the first week.

Ahead of you, not above you

I'm not a distant authority speaking down. I'm a woman who has already walked part of the same road. I know the road because I lived it, and that's what lets me understand where things actually get hard — not just in theory.

A final word from me

If you've made it this far, you may have already tried a lot. I know that feeling. All I ask is a small chance to understand your story, before building anything for you.
