Before I became a coach, I was also trying to understand my own body.
As a teenager I loved food and moved too little, and by my early twenties my weight had climbed to around 75kg — a number that didn't fit my height, and a life that didn't fit who I wanted to be.
I remember exactly what it felt like standing in a corner at a wedding, wishing I looked different, feeling behind next to girls my age who seemed effortlessly slim.
That discomfort is what pushed me to change — not vanity, just wanting to feel at home in my own body again.
It took about a year and a half to reach the weight I was aiming for, and five years total of consistent training to build the strong, balanced body I have today.
Nobody handed me that result. I read, I researched, I trained under real coaches, and I kept going on the days the scale refused to move.
That's exactly why I don't see a number that needs fixing. I see a woman with her own story, her own time, her own circumstances and her own goal. And the plan has to start with you.
